All photographs and video material produced by Snø & Storm Media Oy remain the intellectual property of Snø & Storm Media Oy unless otherwise agreed in writing. The client receives a usage license as defined in the project agreement.

Client Usage Rights

The client may use delivered images and video material for the agreed purposes, such as marketing, communications, social media, websites, and publications, unless otherwise specified in writing.

Archiving of Material

Snø & Storm Media Oy may store produced image and video material in its archive for backup, portfolio, and business documentation purposes. Material is stored securely with restricted access.

Portfolio Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Snø & Storm Media Oy reserves the right to use produced material for self-promotion, including:
